Whole 30

Today I decided to look into doing Whole 30. It is where you spend 30 days eating basically Paleo - no sugars, no legumes and no dairy except grass fed butter. Bought the kindle book "It Starts with Food" that explains the idea behind the Whole 30 concept.

My friend Danielle is also doing Whole 30 so we will try to pass on recipes and encourage each other as well as follow each other's special Instagram accounts for Whole 30! Follow me @whole30jules!

Tuesday morning, June 10
I had Honey Bunches of Oats for breakfast with 1% milk and my tummy is upset.
